Travelling to Uganda?
If you are travelling to Uganda for business or leisure you will NOT require a visa to enter. Please note that the granting of any Ugandan Visa is dependent upon consular discretion.
Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date.
Visa Not Required.
For Nationals of Kenya for a maximum stay of 3 months.
Visitors are required to provide: contact details of a person or organization in Uganda and an address and phone number of the place of stay in Uganda;
Proof of the purpose of stay and sufficient funds to cover their stay;
Documents required for their next destination.
Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused entry.
Passengers arriving within 6 days after leaving or transiting countries with risk of yellow fever transmission and not holding a yellow fever vaccination certificate are subject to vaccination upon arrival and possible quarantine measures.
